{"id":2424,"date":"2025-08-28T12:42:23","date_gmt":"2025-08-28T00:42:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ngaio.org.nz\/wp2018\/?p=2424"},"modified":"2025-08-28T12:43:05","modified_gmt":"2025-08-28T00:43:05","slug":"cauliflower-tacos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ngaio.org.nz\/?p=2424","title":{"rendered":"Cauliflower Tacos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<!--WPRM Recipe 2418-->\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe\">\n\t<h2 class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-name\">Cauliflower Tacos<\/h2>\n\t<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-image\" src=\"https:\/\/ngaio.org.nz\/wp2018\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/cauliflower-tacos-7-150x150.jpg\"\/>\t<p class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-summary\">\n\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-equipment\">\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-ingredients\">\n\t\t<ul><li>1 head  cauliflower, cut into florets<\/li><li>2 tablespoons  olive oil<\/li><li>1 1\/4 teaspoon  paprika<\/li><li>1 teaspoon  chilli powder (or to taste)<\/li><li>1\/2 teaspoon  ground cumin<\/li><li>6 corn tortillas, warmed<\/li><li>1 avocado, sliced<\/li><li>1\/4 purple cabbage, finely chopped<\/li><li>2 tomatoes, cut into small pieces<\/li><li>1 Handful  parsley, roughly chopped<\/li><li>Lime wedges to serve<\/li><\/ul><h4>Dressing<\/h4><ul><li>1\/2 cup  plain yoghurt<\/li><li>1 Juice of 1 lime<\/li><li>1\/2 teaspoon smoked paprika<\/li><\/ul>\t<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n\t\t<ol><li><p>Preheat the oven to 180\u00b0C degrees<\/p><\/li><li><p>Place the cauliflower florets into a bowl and cover with olive oil, paprika, chilli powder and ground cumin. Mix to coat the cauliflower with the spices<\/p><\/li><li><p>Place cauliflower onto an oven tray and roast for 15-20 minutes or until golden and slightly crispy<\/p><\/li><li><p>In a small bowl, whisk together the yoghurt, lime juice and smoked paprika<\/p><\/li><li><p>To assemble the tacos, top each tortilla with dressing, purple cabbage, cauliflower, tomato, avocado and parsley.
