{"id":347,"date":"2015-06-12T12:02:33","date_gmt":"2015-06-12T12:02:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ngaio.org.nz\/wp2018\/?p=347"},"modified":"2023-10-25T03:38:51","modified_gmt":"2023-10-25T03:38:51","slug":"131-silverstream-road-129-new-houses-proposed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ngaio.org.nz\/?p=347","title":{"rendered":"131 Silverstream Road &#8211; 129 new houses proposed"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Resource consent applications for 131 Silverstream Road<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Wellington City Council and Greater Wellington Regional Council have received resource consent applications for earthworks,\u00a0diversion and discharge for a 129 allotment development at 131 Silverstream Rd in Crofton Downs.\u00a0<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/ngaio.org.nz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/silverstream-plan.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1067\" src=\"http:\/\/ngaio.org.nz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/silverstream-plan-300x211.png\" alt=\"Proposed Silverstream Rd development\" width=\"300\" height=\"211\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ngaio Crofton Downs Residents Association is providing information to the councils about issues of concern to local residents. One\u00a0 concern is that all applications concerned with the subdivision should be dealt with together.
