Course Drinks
Servings 1 litre

Equipment

  • Soy Milk Maker (required)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rinsed soy beans  (whole or halved, with or without hulls.  I've been using split hulled beans which i buy online in bulk)
  • 1 litre water (up to the mark in the soy milk maker)

Instructions

  • Add in rinsed soy beans and water to soy milk maker.
  • Then switch on, and once it's done (mine takes 35 mins), let it cool a little, then strain through a muslim bag into a jug.
  • Pour into a clean bottle and cap, and store in fridge. Mine lasts about a week.
  • Save the soy pulp for using in baking - eg banana loaf or Soy and Seed bread.

Notes

Thank you Vicky for your amazing recipe! Check out her Soy and Seed Bread recipe as a way to use the soy pulp.
