Add in rinsed soy beans and water to soy milk maker.
Then switch on, and once it's done (mine takes 35 mins), let it cool a little, then strain through a muslim bag into a jug.
Pour into a clean bottle and cap, and store in fridge. Mine lasts about a week.
Save the soy pulp for using in baking - eg banana loaf or Soy and Seed bread.
