Soy Milk with Soy Milk Maker
Equipment
- Soy Milk Maker (required)
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rinsed soy beans (whole or halved, with or without hulls. I've been using split hulled beans which i buy online in bulk)
- 1 litre water (up to the mark in the soy milk maker)
Instructions
- Add in rinsed soy beans and water to soy milk maker.
- Then switch on, and once it’s done (mine takes 35 mins), let it cool a little, then strain through a muslim bag into a jug.
- Pour into a clean bottle and cap, and store in fridge. Mine lasts about a week.
- Save the soy pulp for using in baking – eg banana loaf or Soy and Seed bread.
