Vicky’s Soy and Seed Bread

Equipment

  • Bread maker

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tbsp yeast
  • 500 g bread flour
  • 1 Tbsp gluten flour
  • 230 gm soy pulp from making soy milk
  • Handful linseed
  • Handful sunflower seeds
  • Handful pumpkin seeds
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 2 Tbsp molasses
  • 1 tsp salt
  • About 300 ml lukewarm water

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a bread maker and bake according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Can remove dough before it starts baking, knead, shape, and place in a loaf tin or on a baking sheet, and leave to rise before baking at 180 for 30 – 40 mins or until it sounds hollow when tapped.
