
Vicky’s Soy and Seed Bread
Equipment
- Bread maker
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp yeast
- 500 g bread flour
- 1 Tbsp gluten flour
- 230 gm soy pulp from making soy milk
- Handful linseed
- Handful sunflower seeds
- Handful pumpkin seeds
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 2 Tbsp molasses
- 1 tsp salt
- About 300 ml lukewarm water
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a bread maker and bake according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Can remove dough before it starts baking, knead, shape, and place in a loaf tin or on a baking sheet, and leave to rise before baking at 180 for 30 – 40 mins or until it sounds hollow when tapped.
